Want to achieve your dreams? Better make them SMART!

Posted by The Social Butterfly on May 8, 2012

When I was growing up I dreamed of being a singer. I sang all the time and would perform for anyone who asked – after modestly refusing at first, of course. Now, I’m not saying I wasn’t talented (I still take pride in my harmonious Hwy 401 commute stylings), but when you’re a kid, and you have a dream, actual talent is rarely a consideration. In my mind, I was already a star. I just had to be discovered. And that was only a matter of time. Read Post

Posted by The Social Butterfly on November 22, 2011

CBC Vote Compass – Will it make a difference how you vote on May 2?

Posted by The Social Butterfly on April 12, 2011

Another win for CBC.ca as they help Canadians determine which party views are most similar to their own. It only takes 10 mins. I did it myself and was surprised to find that actually my compass points in an entirely different direction than what I have voted in the past. I blame my parents. But really, it won’t have an effect on how I vote on May 2. The reason?
